- 21.12.2007 04:04 Przepraszam, ¿e piszê jeden post pod drugim, ale poprzedni napisa³em dok³adnie 2 miesi±ce temu (có¿ za zbieg okoliczno¶ci) i chyba nikt go nie przeczyta³...

Wydaje mi siê ¿e w tek¶cie, który pozwoli³em sobie wtedy zacytowaæ, jest b³±d. Je¿eli siê mylê i tak mia³o byæ, to bardzo proszê o wyja¶nienie sensu tego fragmentu.

p.s. Muszê powiedzieæ, ¿e pojawienie siê w ostatnim czasie 2 nowych artyku³ów bardzo mnie cieszy. Czekam na wiêcej i pozdrawiam.

- 20.01.2008 02:44 S³owo "nie¶wiadomie" jest pewnym skrótem my¶lowym. Chodzi mianowicie o to, ¿e oczywi¶cie wiêkszo¶æ ludzi zdaje sobie sprawê, i¿ ryzykowanie sprawia pewne niebezpieczeñstwo dla otoczenia. Jednak w tym przypadku nie robi± ¶wiadomie komu¶ krzywdy.
Mo¿e lepszym okre¶leniem by³oby "z premedytacj±", choæ i tu mo¿na mówiæ, i¿ kto¶ podejmuj±c ryzyko, z premedytacj± nara¿a innych.
Ale tak naprawdê, to podejmuj±c ryzyko, jeste¶my tylko ¶wiadomi tego ryzyka, ale nie mamy intencji by kogo¶ skrzywdziæ.
To w³a¶nie ten brak chêci krzywdzenia, powoduje, ¿e krzywda jest wyrz±dzana "nie¶wiadomie".

Chcia³bym te¿ dodaæ, ¿e mój artyku³ to pewien zarys (konstrukcja), któr± musz± dalej rozwijaæ ludzie, którzy maj± wiêksz± wiedzê ode mnie.
To, ¿e ja wskazujê pewne kierunki, to nie znaczy, ¿e ju¿ dok³adnie wiem, jak system ma byæ zbudowany w detalach.
Przede wszystkim antydoktrynizm - on daje mo¿liwo¶æ budowania spo³eczeñstwa bez niepotrzebnego balastu doktryn.

Mogê oczywi¶cie zabawiæ siê w sêdziego logitycznego. Mo¿na mi podawaæ konkretne sprawy, a ja powiem jakie ja bym widzia³ rozwi±zanie danego problemu. Z góry jednak zak³adam, ¿e mój pospieszny i ograniczony mym rozumem s±d, nie bêdzie pe³ny.
Sêdziowie logityczni nie mog± podejmowaæ decyzji sami, nie mo¿e to byæ te¿ zwyk³e g³osowanie. To musi byæ dyskusja, wymiana argumentów. Kolegium sêdziowskie to musi byæ zwarta dru¿yna m±drych i ¿±dnych sprawiedliwo¶ci ludzi.

Oczywi¶cie ludzie s± omylni, a niektóre przypadki trzeba rozstrzygaæ na zasadzie prawdopodobieñstwa. Ale mo¿liwo¶æ pomy³ki istnia³a zawsze, a ja chcia³bym by prawdopodobieñstwo pomy³ki by³o skrajnie niskie (choæ raczej nie mo¿e byæ zerowe).
